How does shipping work?
All items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Milan, Italy, and shipping costs are calculated per kilogram. All packages are handled by our Italian shipping partner. They pass your package to a local third-party company (DHL, DPD, FEDEX, Poste Italiane, etc.).
Estimated shipping time is 8-15 days. Occasionally, during busy periods (Christmas/Black Friday, etc.), it may take a few days longer due to customs delays [there seems to be a bit of a delay in 2026, especially with DHL]. See all shipping destinations at the bottom of the FAQ.
(Approximately 1% of orders experience customs delays lasting about a week (sometimes longer), however this is beyond our control and is part of the customs process that we cannot avoid in some cases.) Currently, orders on the site are limited to 50 kg. If you see 999999 at checkout, please contact us by email for a custom order.
How does tracking work?
Once your item ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. This number will be for your local supplier (DHL/UPS/Poste Italiane, etc.). Sometimes, after shipping, it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking number to be sent to you.
Your tracking number will only update once the item has cleared customs in your country and been delivered to the local supplier. If you'd like an update before then, please contact us on Instagram @ScenarioTCG or by email: info@scenariotcg.com .
What condition are the individual cards in?
All single cards are shipped in NM or better condition. See grading standards here.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
All duties/VAT/taxes are paid by us and included in the shipping price. You will not pay any import fees*.
USA: IMPORT IS STILL TARIFF-FREE. However, due to the longer route (not direct shipping), shipping costs are significantly higher than other locations, but they are still cheaper than direct import. US orders are limited to 20 kg—if the shipping tag shows 99999+, your order is too large. If you are a streamer or business wishing to pay taxes/duties, please contact us by email: info@scenariotcg.com .
How does insurance work?
All orders are covered by a standard compensation of €4/kg + return shipping reimbursement if items are lost, damaged, or stolen during processing with our shipping partners and before being handed over to a third party (DPD/DHL/Poste Italiane, etc.). After collection by a third party, undeliverable goods or goods lost during delivery will be compensated at €2/kg, and shipping will not be refunded*. The customer can file a claim with the third party for the loss of goods, and Scenario TCG will provide all the information necessary to support the claim.
Deadline for accepting compensation: 30 days after delivery from the warehouse; claims will not be accepted after 45 days. IF YOU WISH TO PURCHASE FULL INSURANCE, PLEASE EMAIL: info@scenariotcg.com . *Compensation will not be provided in the following cases: If the third-party provider's official website shows receipt, but the customer claims they have not received the package, Scenario TCG will assist with the investigation and confirm the receipt signature, and no compensation will be provided.
Refunds
A 10% fee is charged on all refunded products. This covers bank fees and international charges we pay when you purchase from our site. You can watch a great video explaining why this fee is necessary here.
Returns
Due to the nature of the GTC and resealable products, we do not accept returns. Returns can only be accepted if insured for damaged goods (excluding customs delays, which are exempt) and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Refusal of the package
If the recipient refuses to accept an item upon delivery and it is returned to the sender (us), the recipient will cover all costs of the returned item and will not receive a refund for the return shipping. The recipient will only receive a refund once the items are returned to us (minus the return shipping costs). Refund = Cost of item - return shipping costs.
